My wife and I hab dinner here tonight. It was amazing The daily special appetizer, Pumpkin flan, was great. The entrees were by far the best we've ever enjoyed. The Tiramisu was the best we've enjoyed. We will definitely be back.
Don't let the strip mall location deter you! An amazing, cozy & charming restaurant serving dishes from Northern Italy. Service was impeccable with all staff ensuring every aspect of your meal was flawless while being gracious and with a smile. Dishes contain all homemade ingredients and were filled with flavor and the perfect serving size (with the exception of the salad which should be larger for the price - even more lettuce would help). There is both inside & outside seating with the outside being camouflage nicely from the parking area.
This place is such a hidden gem and our FAVORITE restaurant to go to! Every single menu item is out of this world. We recently went with a group of friends and I had the gnocchi that was on special. I have had gnocchi from all over the country and I have NEVER had gnocchi this good! I really hope they put the special on the menu permanently because it truly was something so special. Absolutely love this place and all of the staff!
I am still thinking about the delicious pumpkin ravioli. My husband ordered the ragu bolognese, which was just as flavorful. Everything we had was excellent. The portions are smaller than typical American sizes, but that’s to be expected at an authentic Italian restaurant. For dessert we ordered the ferrero rocher gelato and it came out beautifully plated and decorated for my birthday which was such a nice touch.
Excellent service and the northern Italian food was superb! The bread service was excellent! The caprese appetizer was so fresh and delicious! The ravioli with rabbit, pork and beef was also very tasty and hearty! I had squid ink pasta with clams, shrimp and calamari. Everything was cooked perfectly! Please make a reservation and go!
My partner and three of my close friends and I had dinner here last night and the experience was incredible from start to finish. Pasta and… is a true hidden gem in Margate — small, slightly tucked away, and serving some of the most authentic Italian food I’ve had in South Florida. Honestly, it was the best pasta I’ve had in Florida. The ambiance inside is exquisite. The layout almost feels like a small maze with little pockets of tables, which creates a really private and intimate dining experience even when you’re with a small group. It made the whole evening feel cozy and special. The wine list is DEEP and clearly curated with care. The service was also top notch — attentive, warm, and knowledgeable without being intrusive. For drinks, I had an Old Fashioned made with butter-washed Michter’s bourbon and it was phenomenal. For my main dish, I ordered the Agnolotti di Carne al Sugo di Brasato al Barolo (rabbit, pork, and beef) and it was absolutely outstanding. Rich, balanced, and perfectly executed. We finished the night with tiramisu and Ferrero Rocher gelato, which were the perfect ending to an amazing meal. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food, an intimate atmosphere, and exceptional service, Pasta and… is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back

The Italian wine selection is superb, perfectly curated to match the quality of the food. The service is just as impressive as the kitchen. The servers are attentive, professional, and constantly making sure every detail is perfect without ever being intrusive. The manager is extremely friendly and genuinely cares about your experience.
